To soften the blow of long, dark December nights and cold winter weather, I thought it would be nice to look at a beautiful day from August, when I had the privilege to capture Julianne & Will's big day.
They were married at St Mary's church in Hexham, and then went on to fabulous Langley Castle Hotel for their reception.
As you can see, there was a large Scottish element to their celebrations; many kilts and thistles on show. Julianne put a huge amount of effort into the wedding theme, especially the flowers from Wild & Wonderful Flowers; the decorations inside the church were amazing!
And they were so lucky with the weather!! The rain was torrential during their service, but we arrived at Langley and the sun shone - no wonder they look so happy!! (So happy, in fact, that a little bird whispers Langley Castle are considering using one of my shots as a cover for their new brochure….watch this space!!)
Thanks again Julianne and WIll for letting me be part of your fantastic wedding celebrations.
